What if you install tires and wheels of non-standard sizes?
Any changes in the design of the car have consequences. If everything is calculated correctly and professionally, then the changes will have a positive effect on the dynamics of the car and the specific tasks assigned to it by the owner.
But if these changes are not made thoughtfully, this can negatively affect both the ride and dynamics (fuel consumption increases, the speedometer may start to lie), and lead to the destruction of the tire itself and premature wear of parts. And just driving can become dangerous.
Or purchased tires and wheels of the wrong size may simply not fit on the car, which will entail a return procedure.
For example, if a disk is installed with a smaller diameter, which is installed now and minimally provided by the manufacturer, then it may simply not fit your car, and the brake caliper may rest against the inside of the disk.
And a tire wider than the maximum allowed by the manufacturer can touch and rub against the arch when the steering wheel is turned completely.
